Sisters in Spirit Vigil

A Sisters in Spirit Vigil was held on Oct. 4 in Sioux Lookout to honour the lives of Canada’s 500 + missing and murdered Aboriginal women and girls. Around 100 people showed up in the damp weather to raise awareness about this national tragedy. Similar vigils were also held across Canada.
