Drug charges laid in Grassy Narrows First Nation
Members of the Treaty Three Police Service Street Crime Unit and Ontario Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit executed a CDSA (Controlled Drugs and Substances Act) search warrant on a local residence in the Grassy Narrows First Nation on December 18, 2015.
As a result of the search, a quantity of Cannabis Marijuana was seized including cash and evidence to support the trafficking of a controlled substance. Charges are pending against (3) adult males and (1) adult female, all are known residents of the Grassy Narrows First Nation.
