Teen missing in Thunder Bay

A 13-year Native teen in missing in Thunder Bay.
Justice Andy was last seen leaving his guardian's home on the 1,600 block of West Mary St. Nov. 10 at noon.
He has been sighted since then and police believe he is in the company of friends.
He is described as five-feet three inches tall and 110 pounds. He has short brown hair and was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and white running shoes.
